Windows problem

So,here's the story.I installed a copy of windows 7 64bit yesterday and after I finished I tried to connect to internet but failed.After that I shut down my pc but it wouldn't shut down so I just unplugged it.Today I turned it on again and the pc turned on but the monitor didnt show anything.So I need help,thanks

why would you just unplug the PC while it was running

If u did a clean install after formatting the entire HD, you will need to install your network drivers to be able to connect.

Download them on some other machine, re-install windows again, and once the installation is done plug the usb in and install the drivers, then you should be able to connect.

Raskit is right you shouldn't have done that if the shutdown key is not working use this command in the future type it in the cmd
shutdown -s -t 1
And for your internet did you install the internet drivers? if you didn't make sure to download them using another PC/laptop.

Windows 7 64 or 32bit did not require any net driver i am using internet without driver in my pc i am using Windows 7 32bit and the problem is because of not installed windows properly or there are any file(s) in the PC which creating problem in your computer try to re-install fresh copy and find any anti-virus and scan your computer.

So I still cant boot up my PC...what should I do?Reinstall using USB or try to boot up?

Do you hear any beeps when you try to boot up the PC?

Any sign of life, any lights etc?

Yes,its fine,even the CD Driver opens up on button.
But the monitor doesn't show anything even tho it's working.
I tried connecting to the TV too with the cable but nothing shows up.
I searched on internet for an answer and they all said "gpu isnt working,motherboard isnt working" etc,but I dont believe thats the issue
