What to pick:
PC: when you don't have to move it or take it with you
Laptop: when you have to move it or take it with you (school/work etc)

In doubt? ALWAYS pick a PC over a laptop if you don't have to take it with you.

I have a pc but it isn't working now some window error . So 3 days ago was my birthday so my mom and dad decided to give me a laptop so i want a good laptop which have good fps functions so that i can play samp smoothely .
Though i had spent lots of money in repairing of my pc. And my game run very badly on it

If you are willing to throw in another 40k, go for an Asus ROG Strix GL553VD, I got this:
Here are my specs:
Spoiler: show
Note: It is not necessary that you buy the laptop with the fully upgraded version like I did. You can always choose lower options from asus's site. Like ram, processor, Hard drive. Trust me go for this one. Its an all in one.
Also screen size = 15.6 inches.
