Downloading GTA S.A & SAMP

What's up geniuses, I just bought a new laptop with Windows 10 & I'm trying to figure out how to download GTA S.A and also SAMP on it since I'm not that kind of guy that has the knowledge on all this tech stuff. I tried to download it a couple of times but it didn't work, but anyway if you're available to give me a hand, please don't hesitate to drop a comment below or a Pm. Thanks

Extract it and play normally, But the radio don't work in the offline game and i don't think that you need to listen to those cowboy's songs . The radio can only work in SA-MP By different commands in the servers. ( /radio in Lsrcr Server ).
