Bomb rule update

Your suggestion: Decreasing the bomb usage restrictions a bit, by allowing us to use it without /su against air crafts and boats (including vortex).
Reason: /su duration is not that long but though, many events can happen in 5 seconds, heliblades, vortex free aim and who knows maybe more dangerous situations, /su made us somehow SWAT members acting like army ones, so why don't we have this implemented since army members can engage air vehicles without /su? Also, such vehicles could be real quick and easy vehicles for escaping, doesn't sound unfair to me implementing this.

Maybe an addition fair for both sides in case this is unfair would be fine.

First of all, we are not acting like anyone because /Su gives a chance to the suspect to surrender and then we will arrest him, if he does not we will kill him. Now, let's talk about the air crafts mostly helicopters, so automaticly the wanted player will try to heliblade you so don't need to /Su as he's attacking you so you can explode the bomb on him without asking him to surrender (/su), If he didn't attack you and attempted to fly away you can take him down using m4 or sniper. Let's talk about the vortex, all the vortex users start attacking you without thinking, So they are attacking you first so you can blow them without asking them to surrendder (/su). if happened and they didn't attack you, rush and jack them since vortex can't lock the door by /lock. Or pull back and use m4 or sniper and take them down.

In boats case if they didn't attack you and since we can't drag in boats. So you will need to ask them to surrender (/su) and then you will enter in a chase on water. it's easy if you have a team mate, one drive and the other prepare the bomb and /su, then the driver rush into the other boat and bang. if you are alone you will do the same but alone it's hard somehow but you can do it!. If can't do it, Pull back, get helicopter fly on them and ask them to surrender /su if they did not, try to jump on the boat and blow the bomb immediately.

I agree with you there are some vehicles could be real quick and easy vehicles for escaping, that's could be unfair somehow but remember we have a big advantage that's the bomb can't harm other LEO(s) and civilians. So, that's will be fair somehow ;P.
