Reason: First of I wanted to re-apply because I failed my last test due some really bad luck. I want to join Blackouts because the Members are friendly, the way how to group is, is perfectly. Before The boss accepts/deny you, you will be tested in-game,Your in-game test will contain some knowledge about blackouts rules and driving/shooting/crime skills. Your overall score must be equal or above to 3 or else your application will be auto-denied.
