  The applicant made two mistakes in the rules part.
• Speed of Commands: 3/5
  I think his typing speed is very slow, since he mostly used copy/paste method which is pretty tough to execute in chasing a suspect.
• Driving: 3/5
  His driving was overall good since he managed to stay close, however he didn't manage to finish the route, he crashed his car.
• Shooting: 4.5/5
  In M4 part he in first attempt he popped four tires with medium car damage, in second attempt he managed to get only one tire, and again medium damage to the vehicle. In duel he killed me both times.
• Overall: 3.5/5
  What I would advise here is that you should work on your SOC, I cannot tell you how to execute commands, whether by typing or by copying them, but in a chase typing might be much more efficient and faster than copying, so try to improve it a bit.
