/gl Isn't loading all the official groups

Where does the bug appear: SA-MP server
When did the bug appear: Few days ago
Describe the bug: Well basically whedn you type /gl you can't see all the groups

It only shows the groups that people are online for or spawned as, works exactly as intended.
