Why should it be accepted: In my opinion banks which are not rob-able should be made available 24/7 so that you can deposit money whenever you want. It happens with me most of the time that when I get bored of robbing and the banks are closed i have to wait for them to open so that I can deposit because if i change to cop and die its 100% that the criminal is going to rob me. Moreover i don't see any point of closing other banks to when cannot be robbed.

I appreciate your opinion but i don't think so. No one is going to deposite 20k .. at least it will be better than heavy loss 250k

Note: If that is so then why not set a limit players who have money above 300k can enter the bank and deposit it.

Ehm, ever thought of the drawbacks. If people with above 300k can enter bank to deposit, let it be a criminal, cop, or a person with a hit contract, I highly doubt that people won't abuse it. As sonnet said, it's good the way it is...

Don't forget this is Los Santos Roleplay Cops and Robbers. Light roleplay, but still. Banks are not supposed to be open 24/7.

If they were, players would constantly deposit their cash, and robbing others would be pointless. We have wallets for a reason. If you don't want to get robbed, then you should be careful and always carry a wallet.

Restricting others from depositing less than 300.000$ in the bank is also not a good idea. You should be able to deposit as much as you want, as long as the ban is open.
