The Blackouts have made an agreement with VLA . Here are the details:
VLA members can join us.
VLA cannot take hit contracts of the Blackouts, same goes to Blackouts.
Any propaganda for each other's group will not be tolerated.
The members must always follow the person who is in charge for the cophunt.

If any of these rules is broken, by our side, we will be accepting reports and we will do punishments.
