Online Money Transfer! [DENIED]

Why should we accept this: We all know that we can transfer Jailcards and donation points to users from the User Control Panel,right?
I just thought that it would be good if we can send money to users through User Control Panel as well.This would save lots of time.This applies to users who are offline as well,meaning sending money to offline and online users both just like we can send DPs and JCs to users.
The money can be transferred by typing the name of the person you want to send the money to and then clicking send and confirming it. For example.
Recipient: Twitter
Amount:$1000000
Yes it could be risky but as it asks you to confirm twice before you send the money,you have to be wise.Send at your own risk.

Suppose a player wants to buy DPs from an Admin,he can send the money to the admin and the admin or any player who receives the money gets a notification that "so and so has sent you $4000000 and the reason for sending that amount of money,in this case,"I want to buy the DPs" and the admin or player can read it and send him the DPs from forum by typing his/her name or when in-game.

Not forum, it should work like jailcards and dps from ls-rcr.com/ucp i don't know about this suggestion got denied before lots of times but i am still +1 on it

You can also use your brain wisely before transferring money.There is a report section for justice also so chill.
