Defence: Hello staff team, I don’t really know who banned me without any inquiries or something. In start only when i start playing again on server after i got free from my exams and work I told CxDur and Invulnerable through Criminal (my cousin) and told them that I’ll be playing on same net which Affan use to play on aswell on what criminal play on.
In Pakistan we live in the same house, i live on ground floor (Any Pakistani admin can confirm in Pakistan many families live combined) and criminal and affan live on the first floor we use the same NET and both of them are my uncle’s son. Wanted, Abdul and other old players know me quite well enough. Affan do not play from my account but i’ve playing on his PC some time when me and Criminal play together.
I don’t really know how i can prove that it’s not affan it’s Huzaifa Shah, Kindly unbanned me i know all the rules im not dumb that i’ll hand over my account to him lol nor it’s allowed to share account.

Me and a few other admins were actually tracking you for a while now. We noticed a pattern whenever we banned AffanShahJee.

Whenever we ban user AffanShahJee , Pendulum123 starts playing and whenever AffanShahJee's ban expires Pendulum123 seem to disappear. Same in this case.

When i pemanently banned user 'AffanShahJee' and i kept saying that he won't be unbanned Pendulum123 started playing non-stop (just like Affan did)

• I was monitoring the forum username of Pendulum123 and his last login was on Friday 28th July 2017 (blurred out the admin stuff) but mysteriously came back out of the blue today just to create the unban application. Lucky for me I took a picture (Check out the last active date)

  and Pendulum's unban application was created on:

• Last and not least,

  I told CxDur and Invulnerable through Criminal (my cousin) and told them that I’ll be playing on same net which Affan use to play on aswell on what criminal play on. Affan do not play from my account but i’ve playing on his PC some time when me and Criminal play together.

  Did they approve or tell you that it's ok to play from the same net of a banned player? As far as i know you are responsible of your own account and IP especially when that banned player is known for causing a lot of trouble in the server. I PM'd CXdur and Invulnerable about the situation aswell,best if we let them know.

I’ll answer youa bout everything.

1) In your point of view you think when ever affan get unbanned I start playing or you think I’m affan. So buddy basically Last time before affan got banned I wasn’t playing as I was busy with my business stuff can you kindly check that please if i joined in that time period? I’ve joined some times between my inactivity to avoid people donate for my house. And i can guarantee you if affan would be unbanned even now i would be playing with him too as per the reason i was inactive was my business work and studies as i mentioned before. When affan was not banned even then i use to join like once a month or twice a month. You cna check all the logs.

2) Yes, Invulnerable said yes ok alright when he was informed that it’s me Huzaifa aka Pendulum123 playing on this same IP. And the only reason i told him so others don’t get in the miss understanding.

3) Yes, I was going to play with Criminal and we both got shocked when we joined the game and it was appearing that we are banned so yes I used criminal’s “IPhone 7+” to write down the unbanned application. Saying lie will get me nothing so telling you all truth.

Thats what I can say, I’m not so addicted to this game but i play when i get vacations so It’s up to you guys now.

The fact that you and Affan been in-game at the same time doesn't deny the fact that you shared accounts. Like i said whenever AffanShahJee gets banned you come out of your inactivity and start playing again and when Affan gets unbanned you stop playing and go inactive. I'm sure you are the real Pendulum right now but i'm 100% sure you shared your account with Affan. It's too obvious.

Hi, Zeo is saying right over here, I know Dollarman my self very well and more than me my brother Criminal knows him they were great friends, Dollarman donated enough to the Community and I'm there would be a month on which server would be die because out of money and that didn't happen just because of this man ?

1) Never shared my account with my real brother even to let him play he is 11, I’m talking about my real brother (Saqlain)! He don’t have his account here nor he play any game on PC so do you think i’ll let affan play from my account? His real brother Criminal don’t let him play on his account affan asked criminal aka Hani alot of time to use his account he didn’t allowed the reason if he get in game from my or his account we surely going to get banned but idk how i got banned this time I really don’t like affan as an gamer because of his childish attitude.

2) About the post we here in Pakistan call our uncles “chachu” and uncles son as bhai aka Brother, If you like to confirm about this thing contact any pakistani.

Tbh, My account means a lot to me and as i said before i rarely play here or play any game I’m not like those kids playing whole day i’m active just because of vacations and i’ll go inactive after vacations.

Well, The reason you replying this is jist I didn’t granted you rights and Criminal didn’t too.
I Don’t use teamspeak and only criminal used it like 4 days ago i asked him and he told me he joined 4 days ago. Admins can check ts3 logs.

I can really get you banned buddy for lying to staff, And can you tell me on what channel you heard affan voice? It’s better you tell truth buddy or you are getting your self in a ban cage.

About Invulnerable - Criminal PM'd Invul on Discord saying that CXdur approved and gave you the go ahead to let Pendulum play on AffanShahJee's computer. Invulnerable said ok because he thought CXdur said yes. Which brings me to the next point.

About CXdur - Criminal PM'd CXdur on Discord saying that he and his cousin (Pendulum) play on the same net so we (the admins) don't think that he is AffanShahJee that's ban evading. CXdur never said yes nor agreed on letting Pendulum play on Affan's PC as you claimed on your application.

Anyway what has been said is clear all is left is to decide on the application itself

I'll run the whole application and evidence down with the admin team and decide whether we should unban you guys or not. Expect an answer soon.

Criminal aka Hani said he asked Cxdur and to Invulnerable he said that he told cxdur too, and Invulnerable asked him self about this case so yes i cleared about this thing to you.
It dosen’ Matter if i get unbanned or not but i feel sad for my cousin/brother Criminal aka Hani that he was owning a group and was working hard for his group. Hopefully we both get unbanned.
Just like to add up that when affan was banned after his banned i joined like approximately 1 month after his banned according to what you think related to your tracking thats not what you saying. So you can check up with that Affan use to play on other server cannot mention it here but he play with his Ls-rcr frnds on other server, affan told me about it.

Sure, I hope for the possitive reply and hopefully if i get unbanned I will make a way to prove you guys that I’m Pendulum123 aka Huzaifa not AffanShahJee. The banned is so disrespectful for me to be honest.
