i will suggest to leo's only i see so many leo's stealing other criminals to the other one i will suggest that who /cuffed the criminal he can only arrest him the others are only using /ar to steal the criminals from other leo's that was so unfair if you will only /ar then. the other leo is tired to chase him and you will just steal it. who /cuff it he will /ar no to steal
