Anything else: In the video, you can see that at 10:47:02, I jailed him to alca, then at 10:48:51, he was red, so I /loc'd him then I saw that he was inside the bank. There was no message of him getting released or breaking out of alca. If he would have TP'd out of alca, then it would have shown in the mainchat that he escaped alca. I asked him that how did he do it and he /ignored me.

HE is a lier i came out of the jail when my time was finished and there were only 10 members playing at that time and when i went again in the bank there were already two bags there so i picked 1 and then I was also surprised by it i dont know wether i was bugged or what at that time my ping was above 700 but when he sent me jail i fall down and died you can also see this in video that i died.Previously he was continously saying me that you are a pakistani and i will make you ban He is a racist and a liar.Are pakistanis not allowed to play?

When I sent you to jail, you said "chorde yar" which means "please leave me", I didn't say that pakis should be banned, I said "another paki", which does not mean you should be banned, but if you use hacks then ofcourse you deserve to be banned.

I recorded the video and didn't get any message of "Youtberr has been released from alcatraz. (Time Duration).", which means you didn't get released, you used something to get out.. if you have a proof of yourself getting released from alcatraz then please post it

There is a chance he died right after getting arrested.

Sometimes Alcatraz's objects don't load fast enough for players with high ping, and that leads to their death, since they start falling down. You can also see on the kill-list that he died. So he most likely spawned somewhere near Conference Center and then went to the bank.

Unfortunately the proofs you have provided are not enough to issue a ban or even prove he was cheating.
