Hello fellow players, today I'm here to ask about your personal opinion since I'm planning to upgrade my PC but I find myself rather outdated , so I would need some help.
Well , currently I have a GTX 1060 6gb, amd fx 8120 8 core processor, and 2 vengance pro 2400Mhz DRR3 Ram with a gigabyte fxa 990 ud5 motherboard.
My plan is to keep the graphics card and if possible the RAM memory, however all the new motherboards support only DRR4 memory so thats my first question: Should I go next Gen or go to the best components of the old gen? (My current motherboard doesnt support all the power of my ram).
Another thing is the processor, I need to change it since it bottleneck my graphic card.
So if your answer is "go to next gen" I would like opinions about what components should I choose. Motherboard, and processor. As for the budget, well I would like something powerful but I'm planning to limit it as much as possible , but upgrading the current specs for better experience.
