Making /q abuse rules stricter [DENIED]

Suggestion headline: Adding a stricter rule for /q abusing
Picture: Keep the picture in this
Importance of suggestion: 10/10
Why should it be accepted: This suggestion is mandatory and I am sure almost every LEO will agree with me. More than half of the server playing at the time /q evades when you either go to them, or when you taze/cuff em. Being a swat member is even harder since you have to drag a suspect and take him to the PD. 8/10 dragged suspects /q evade. A more stricter rule than 360 seconds of jail should be added for /q evading/abusing. The punishment should be the same as hit evading = warning/tag removal/ban. This is highly important and will stop people from /q evading. Also it is extremely annoying to see suspects quit the game as you approach or engage them. I will leave a poll too so that we can have a fair idea of what the others think.
