Well i am negative to 2nd and 3rd suggestion and for the 4th yes the price of pass need to be reduced and the 5th one is a good idea too.
Also as per your 3rd suggestion the leos job is to find illegal items and disallowing it from being searched isn't a good idea.

We believe it's fine the way it is currently. Kelly Club pass is not that expensive aswell, considering you get a lot after robbing it. Robbing those shops with a pipe bomb is always risky, with a high reward if you manage to do it.

We could possibly take into consideration the fifth suggestion, but for now it has been denied.
