Reason: Hey, It's me again. I kinda gave up on applying ever since I got denied TWICE. I wen't inactive too but I'm back now and I'm still a fan of Blackouts. I was playing with Ak and Klev the other day and they told me to apply for it so we could spawn together to save up time instead of waiting for the other one to come. I'm prepared this time.
