Can you elaborate the problem exactly?
Is it same as we have resolved in-game? if so, I've already mentioned that if you've made a donated car to spawn at your house then you cannot spawn it via car-dealer checkpoints.

so X person has for example a donated Monster, and he can tow it at rodeo, jefferson, or any other car shop. But, he can't tow it at luxury house, idk why, it just says like you're are towing a plane or boat (something like this "this kind of vehicle cant be towed here")

You will now be able to spawn any of your donated (or undonated) vehicles from Luxury House's car spawning checkpoint. Please also note that if your donated vehicle is marked as a house vehicle, you will not be able to spawn it from this checkpoint (neither you can from any other Car shops - no changes here, it is as it should be).
Changes will be reflected after the server is updated, thanks for reporting the bug!
