Ban Reason: advertising, sharing account data, being rude and what not, never ever have i cheated, that's it or could be more (i don't remember everything)
Date: don't know the exact date: probably four to five months ago
Defence: rightfully banned
anything else youd like to say?: yes, thank you for asking! i'd like to have some fun again, of course, playing legitimately like i always have until i decided to share my account data and get myself banned, im only in position to apologise and say sorry but that's pretty much it, everything else youll do is upon you, i was told that i'm not welcome here but i wouldnt be making any application if i knew that i cannot play legitimately by the rules and have fun...i hope ill be given an opportunity to prove that i can play the game like i had some time ago, thank you and thatd be it of me
p.s i wouldnt make another account but admin aleksa told me to do so if i want to make an application since my forum account is banned thank you

i just remembered, it was a lot of ban evading and also violation of server rules too, could be more as i previously said...
i also wanted to mention that of course, if id be given an opportunity to play on your server, i would play by the rules and in case i get caught violating any of them, you would ban me and i would not attempt to be unbanned again because i have compromised you by lying to you, which is something i dont wanna do honestly, id like to have some fun again like i used to, when i was allowed to play. if i get caught violating any rule, you ban me and that's it...it's simple so i hope i get to play again thank you

i shared my account data out of anger, because i felt the monthly army promotions were not directed rightly so i have given the account data out public because i believed i would not play on this server again, it turns out it was pretty fun when i played...

in depth, i felt that the system is complete failure and joke because the awards are not given based on player's statistics whatsoever, like performance at all but wholesome friendship votes given to each other with pretty much "he's pretty active guys"

it pissed me off how i killed myself that month and it wasn't recognized whatsoever so at first i wanted to leave the army and wait for the general who i still think of as a joke to this day to be replaced to sign up again but then somehow i decided to quit so i shared the account data which was completely wrong but it happened and i can only apologise for everything that happened but as i said i wouldnt be coming here asking for an opportunity if id know that im not capable of playing legitimately by your rules and terms

oh merry christmas everyone! i almost forgot...
A message to the Generals would have solved the problem. Try to think from their perspective where the amotm system favors the person with the most votes. You can't know which vote is biased, and even if you do, there is nothing much you can do with everyone being happy about your decision. The Generals do their best and are always open to review anything you need. I know this from first hand because I led the faction for years with them and I still take part in some discussions.

i mean what to expect when the awards are purely given to people who were previously voted, pretty much favored by their friends and even people who were inactive have been giving votes, of course, not to someone who might be doing better, but their friends because they were apparently really really active, not that they saw but it was still nice to type "very very active"...the system is clearly a joke when the statistics, performance or anything isn't taken into consideration and chit chatting to anyone wouldn't really help...

if staying "active" is enough of a factor to get you votes and eventually make you win awards in the army, what more do you want me to say? if staying active and being skilled at the side is enough to make you win awards then i don't really see any point in voting for the members (very active, very skilled)...generals themselves are then in position to pick out anyone theyd like to win because if you have inactive players and friends among players to vote for member of the month, and it's purely based on others votings without considering someones month progression, performance and all other factors then it makes no sense to make poll votings and what not...
like this is just an example, if you have people voting and there's two or three or ten players that stand out out of majority, youll have to go through and check their performance output effect progression whatever they have had in their time limit and what have they accomplished but in this case scenario awarded people are those who might be randomly given votes
what im saying is that this should be a struggle for someone to make it there and not be randomly, very likely randomly picked out because "oh, you were pretty active this month, oh, that should be enough" or "he should have won the previous month, he really should have, i'll vote for him now this month because i like him and it doesn't matter if i was inactive this month and didn't see how he performed as an army member"
i'll just wait now...thanks!
