Suggestion headline: Make a Rule regarding AFK inside Black Market when players are wanted.

Why should it be accepted: So, I have seen some wanted (suspect) players entering Black Market and sitting idle in order to avoid arrest, This really annoys the the players who are playing as SWAT/ARMY/POLICE. So, I suggest to make a rule regarding this topic. I hope this will be helpful.

Bro its like cop safezone atleast leave that untouch for us not everyone abuse it and when you are chased there are cops near you cant enter

it's the same as going AFK in a car, At least no LEOs could be chasing you when you entered The Black Market.

A newbie that just made an account wouldn't know the rules. Lets say that player spawns as a cop, which is the default class that any player can use, and then someone reports him for abusing it. How would you expect him to know that he broke a rule if he just joined the server. As for Black Market, you need a certain amount of score, which by then you'd know at least some of the server rules.

In short, you need 0 score to spawn as a cop, whilst you need 1500 to enter black market, so new players that spawn as police will not know the rules

Its same as a newbie starts cop hunting and an experienced member abusing safe zone
