So, I didn't really want to report him for this but considering the fact, player broke the same rule three times in less than an hr and later on insisted to lie instead of accepting his mistakes which forced me to do this report.

Alright: The first thing that I'd like to say is I'm sorry if I became a barrier to your gameplay, didn't mean to, I'm aware of the rules and didn't intend to break the rules. I respect the rules like everybody does and this report was unexpected. Let me tell you, why? Firstly, as a fellow tagged member the best option for you was to speak to me and remind me of what I was doing wrong through private messages or Discord, you didn't and you kept recording my mistakes. Is that what we're now? Instead of helping me to learn from mistakes, you just reported me for something I didn't do deliberately, it was a mistake because I was completely unaware of the presence of a civilian in a criminal cophunt. You say that you did tell me in the mainchat, but at that time I was talking to Sonnet and didn't focus on what was going on. Sonnet can confirm this. Also, it was your job to make sure you were civilian-free at that time, not mine. I wouldn't wait for you to kill me because of him. You could've just pm'ed him or even pm'ed me saying we've got a civilian as Sonnet said, you have to inform the army member with a tank if you've got a civilian nearby. You recorded me three times, you knew I had a tank, so were you just waiting for me to kill you guys and record me to later report? A sensible solution to that which benefits us both would've been: PM ME BEFORE I get to you! Mate, this report wasn't necessary, please do speak to me next time. I did already warned you twice on mainchat that I've a civilian on my car (DollarMan was a hitman and you had a hit for chasing us) - you killed us thrice and you were well aware of DollarMan teaming with me.

It is your problem if you weren't focusing on the mainchat, It is just weird that you couldn't focus on the mainchat with larger font-size chat box. It's your fault at ALL, not mine. We had a Hitman on our car 3 times and you shot him all the three times (Even though you were well known of Hitman teaming with us because you had a hit and you had already killed us before than using this as an excuse doesn't make sense at all. You should be really VERY careful when using tank, this is the reason
why many people who are recently recruited into Army doesn't use tank most often.

I think you assumed that you're allowed to shoot Hitman with army deadly vehicles because not only once, you shot him thrice in less than hour even though you did know that Hitman is teaming with me but you're still denying that you' were unaware of his presence in Criminal cop-hunt and weren't focusing as you were talking to Sonnet on TS. Not really, you were just looking for excuses to report me, you just recorded me all those times without saying a word. You also chill in teamspeak many times, why did you not come to me and say what I was doing? You expect me to apologise without making my accidental fault clear, I mean, where was your private message explaining what your issue was? You were just yelling at the mainchat while I was focusing on my gameplay.

To conclude: I'd like to apologise for the shooting which was not deliberate. I'm proving this statement, showing how I stopped when I saw a civilian on their tank. I also proved how they didn't make their situation clear to me. If that was a clear private message or in a respectful manner I would never shoot. I also tried to explain how he is just trying to prove me guilty of something which was no
deliberate. He provided proofs of me doing it three times. Now the question is, he knows I have a tank and he also shows he tells me one time. How will I know he has a civilian all the time? And considering the fact that they know I'm driving a tank, why would he bring civilians all the time? When I kill them he says '3rd time' '4th time' and what not. I'm not going to read your whole message, I would only read if you had written this by your own. Since it is clear as crystal (you might have asked your brother Diesel or your friend to translate you but the things change when one translates for you, they don't exactly understand the situation you were in) - Telling a story & facing it are two different things. This is not an accusation because it is clear and you have never been so good in English (its okay it happens, other ppl helps us just like I help my friends).

You're just trying to defame me by dragging 'supporter' and 'tag' into an Army report. Although this report has nothing to do with both of them and you're trying to blame me completely for this act of yours. EDIT: Tank 8K hp is there for a reason, you're in no hurry to shoot, take a time to look if there's any civilian nearby before opening fire or dont drive tank at all. We've never received such accidents in past, army members always look for an innocent first before opening fire. It is just sad coming from an ASC and you're not even guilty of your acts, you're just trying to blame me for this all.

Since [Lsrcr]Cena is a S.W.A.T. member who is included in this report, I would like to first apologize to the Army High Command members for any possible inconvenience that this report may have caused.

[Lsrcr]Cena's ASC rights will be removed, due to this rulebreak. And I would also like to leave a note in the name of S.W.A.T. High Command.

I am very disappointed with the actions of [Lsrcr]Ackman. You laid down a lot of accusations, and what is the most problematic bit, you have clearly been biased in this report, and as I see it, you have tried to report hunt a S.W.A.T. member, subjecting not just accusations, but invalid proof in order to intensify the severity of the situation.

This is the exact reason why you were kicked from the S.W.A.T. Faction, constant accusations of members, numerous reports with obvious attempt to degrade and get those who disagree with you punished.

As I see it, this is exactly what you've done here. Both you and Faraon have clearly shown your dislike and intolerance towards S.W.A.T. Faction, hence I can only assume that this report is an escalation of that.

You two should be ashamed of your actions.
