Additional information: I've got whole recording of this case in nice quality - I'll upload it if needed. Due to bad speed of internet I'm currently cropping & reducing the quality of video. However, I'll upload it in good quality if something is unclear and needed.
So, I didn't really want to report him for this but considering the fact, player broke the same rule three times in less than an hr and later on insisted to lie instead of accepting his mistakes which forced me to do this report.

Alright: The first thing that I'd like to say is I'm sorry if I became a barrier to your gameplay, didn't mean to, I'm aware of the rules and didn't intend to break the rules. I respect the rules like everybody does and this report was unexpected. Let me tell you, why? Firstly, as a fellow tagged member the best option for you was to speak to me and remind me of what I was doing wrong through private messages or Discord, you didn't and you kept recording my mistakes. Is that what we're now? Instead of helping me to learn from mistakes, you just reported me for something I didn't do deliberately, it was a mistake because I was completely unaware of the presence of a civilian in a criminal cophunt. You say that you did tell me in the mainchat, but at that time I was talking to Sonnet and didn't focus on what was going on. Sonnet can confirm this. Also, it was your job to make sure you were civilian-free at that time, not mine. I wouldn't wait for you to kill me because of him. You could've just pm'ed him or even pm'ed me saying we've got a civilian as Sonnet said, you have to inform the army member with a tank if you've got a civilian nearby. You recorded me three times, you knew I had a tank, so were you just waiting for me to kill you guys and record me to later report? A sensible solution to that which benefits us both would've been: PM ME BEFORE I get to you! Mate, this report wasn't necessary, please do speak to me next time. Thank you for making a nice story, this is the reason why I didn't upload all of the proofs. I just wanted to hear your story before proving further things, your story is not filled with one lie but too many lies.

I did already warned you twice on mainchat that I've a civilian on my car (DollarMan was a hitman and you had a hit for chasing us) - you killed us thrice and you were well aware of DollarMan teaming with me.

All the proofs of player lying & trying to frame a tag member will be attached tomorrow since I've just turned off my PC and it is late here.

However, it’s completely my fault that I didn’t see what you wrote, for which I already apologised. I didn’t encourage you to report me, I was talking to Faraon as far as I remember and then he acted rudely by saying “smd kid”. I did talk to Faraon on the mainchat, he said you’re breaking a rule for which he didn’t state how or which one. He just accused me of joining the army to break rules which I didn’t. I told him to report as I believed I didn’t do anything wrong. I did shoot a civilian, but not deliberately, as I said it was a mistake for which you should’ve spoken to me in a direct way instead of just laughing and questioning and reporting. (A direct conversation) I’m in the Associate programme, it wouldn’t make a massive difference to me, I’m here to enjoy and comply by the rules for 15 days with 4 days remaining. Nothing much.

It is your problem if you weren't focusing on the mainchat, It is just weird that you couldn't focus on the mainchat with larger font-size chat box. It's your fault at ALL, not mine. We had a Hitman on our car 3 times and you shot him all the three times (Even though you were well known of Hitman teaming with us because you had a hit and you had already killed us before than using this as an excuse doesn't make sense at all. You should be really VERY careful when using tank, this is the reason
why many people who are recently recruited into Army doesn't use tank most often.

What do you've to say on this? Actually, the report was made to be by Faraon so he tried to talk to you but since he recently reported Nikola and if this one was somehow, proved invalid than he would be punished. So I decided to report.

Faraon, as my teammate who were cop-hunting with me did poked you on main-chat (including me) every time you broke a rule (Is your IQ so much low that you couldn't understand that you're breaking Tank rules?) No matter what, you were talking to Sonnet on Teamspeak which makes 0 sense for you not to focus at the mainchat. (especially when you got largest font-size chat box)

I've proved what I've had said. As for a direct conversation with you - I'm not eligible to do that since you're in a ASC-Program you should be really very very much careful. You're definitely here to enjoy but you must also comply with the rules.

Before I deep-dive into this, I’d like to note that cropped screenshots or videos (cutting length of a video is a different thing) aren’t valid proofs (post above).

As for the rest, Ackman has 24 hours to post the ‘rest’ of the evidence that he claims to have. I’ll deal with the report after that.

First of all, you said you told me several times regarding you having civilians but in the screenshots that you provide you're just saying 'we've a civilian' one time. Any additional proofs of you making it clear to me that you're not civilian-free?

The point is, did they ever inform me they had a hitman before I actually got to them? I repeat, he should've informed me. The video illustrates how ackman informed me when I shot them. I REPEAT, I would've appreciated if they had PM'ed me their current situation regarding the civilians. I WOULD NEVER SHOOT THEM!

Not really, you were just looking for excuses to report me, you just recorded me all those times without saying a word. You also chill in teamspeak many times, why did you not come to me and say what I was doing? You expect me to apologise without making my accidental fault clear, I mean, where was your private message explaining what your issue was? You were just yelling at the mainchat while I was focusing on my gameplay.

It would've been great of you to tell me about your civilians and such via private messages which is the most sensible thing to do. For example, if you have an enquiry and you need an admin, you would always pm them and wouldn't yell at the mainchat.

I mean, he should think about this. If he knows I have a tank, why does he just come up to me all the time and then takes screenshots and videos and yells and then waits for a report?

You're eligible for any type of conversation as a community supporter and a tagged member to help other people and make them understand.

To conclude: I'd like to apologise for the shooting which was not deliberate. I'm proving this statement, showing how I stopped when I saw a civilian on their tank. I also proved how they didn't make their situation clear to me. If that was a clear private message or in a respectful manner I would never shoot. I also tried to explain how he is just trying to prove me guilty of something which was no
deliberate. He provided proofs of me doing it three times. Now the question is, he knows I have a tank and he also shows he tells me one time. How will I know he has a civilian all the time? And considering the fact that they know I'm driving a tank, why would he bring civilians all the time? When I kill them he says '3rd time' '4th time' and what not. He was just waiting for me to kill them, collect the proof and then report. I didn't expect this report AT ALL, believe me, I joined to have fun and comply by the rules for 15 days. Didn't expect reports or such, I wouldn't risk my reputation and my factions just for a kill. If ackman still feels I'm wrong, that's his though that I can't change. Unfortunately, I can't change what he thinks although what he thinks isn't what the reality is.

My apologies to the AHC for giving ackman the chance to take advantage of this situation and report me. This is my last reply and will not reply further unless directly questioned by AHC. It was rather a misinterpretation of their criminal situation rather than an attempt to break the rules which I wouldn't even think about considering the massive opportunity provided to me with the army rights.

I'm not going to read your whole message, I would only read if you had written this by your own. Since it is clear as crystal (you might have asked your brother Diesel or your friend to translate you but the things change when one translates for you, they don't exactly understand the situation you were in) - Telling a story & facing it are two different things. This is not an accusation because it is clear and you have never been so good in English (its okay it happens, other ppl helps us just like I help my friends).

You're just trying to defame me by dragging 'supporter' and 'tag' into an Army report. Although this report has nothing to do with both of them and you're trying to blame me completely for this act of yours. I don't really know why you're acting so nicely on forums - you were so ingorant ingame, you lied to us & than asked to do a report, when we did a report you completely changed and acted like you never lied to us in-game? I can't deal with two faces sorry.

EDIT: Tank 8K hp is there for a reason, you're in no hurry to shoot, take a time to look if there's any civilian nearby before opening fire or dont drive tank at all. We've never received such accidents in past, army members always look for an innocent first before opening fire. It is just sad coming from an ASC and you're not even guilty of your acts, you're just trying to blame me for this all.

Since [Lsrcr]Cena is a S.W.A.T. member who is included in this report, I would like to first apologize to the Army High Command members for any possible inconvenience that this report may have caused.

[Lsrcr]Cena's ASC rights will be removed, due to this rulebreak. And I would also like to leave a note in the name of S.W.A.T. High Command.

I am very disappointed with the actions of [Lsrcr]Ackman. You laid down a lot of accusations, and what is the most problematic bit, you have clearly been biased in this report, and as I see it, you have tried to report hunt a S.W.A.T. member, subjecting not just accusations, but invalid proof in order to intensify the severity of the situation.

This is the exact reason why you were kicked from the S.W.A.T. Faction, constant accusations of members, numerous reports with obvious attempt to degrade and get those who disagree with you punished.

As I see it, this is exactly what you've done here. Both you and Faraon have clearly shown your dislike and intolerance towards S.W.A.T. Faction, hence I can only assume that this report is an escalation of that.

You two should be ashamed of your actions.

On a side note, [Lsrcr]Cena has been talked to, and he was instructed to be more careful in the future when it comes to respecting Faction rules.
