Suggestion regarding the 15 players rule

Also, you are not allowed to use SWAT skin while there are less than 15 players in server, unless there is a clear majority of wanted criminals compared to law enforcement.

Reason: Well this rule was implemented because of [Lsrcr]Diplo at that time, but I highly suggest we remove this rule now. And here is why. I (among a few others) are in a completely different timezones than others and when I log on, I see like 10 people on the server (these days, 5). Because of this, I am not able to enjoy the skin (except on weekends). Just mend the rule a little to, 'you are not allowed to use the SWAT skin if there are less than 15 players and no criminals." Explanation: You can use it under 15 players if there are criminals in game (majority of criminals not playing a part here), however if there are no crimes and there are less than 15 players, you may not use it. Many of you might ask me to just use the cop skin instead, but not gonna lie, I don't enjoy the cop skin anymore (pretty sure many of you don't either) after it was nerfed a lot.

What would you much rather prefer, robbing banks and shops with no cops around (cause lets face it, no one prefers to go in Cop skin at that time), or have some real fun by facing challenges by other LEOS. The whole point of the game-play is to have fun and not get score or money. Anyone can get those easily if there are no LEOS around but thats just boring. You guys face SWAT when there are more than 15 players, so why not now? Besides army has no rule such like this either and it is an equally powerful faction. So if your definition of "enjoying the game-play" is getting it all easy, then thats a whole different case.

+1 for this, as playa said it is not funny to play as cop plus suspects rob banks like 10 times cause leos at that time are kinda new most of regular player don't log in at that time.

Plus one for this suggestion. I mostly play at night and in that GMT I can't spawn in skin because of those cops who always spawn in Cop skin and go to to just chill around.
