You're only telling a small portion of the story, it's quite easy to blame someone for something if you take it completely out of context.

I told you, multiple times, to stop speaking Arabic in /am, you kept going despite multiple warnings. And of course you didn't get bothered to screenshot this.
And, again something you didn't bother taking a screenshot of: I told you that you would get your rights back after an hour, which turned out to be only 10 minutes.

You're expected that if you are told to stop doing something multiple times, yet keep going and argue about it, you will just get away with it? That's not how it works.

We're fine with soldiers speaking their own native language in the group chat on certain conditions: if all the officers in the skin currently (online) speak that language and/or if there's other nationalities involved as well, that the foreign chatter does not bother them. It is relatively rare that a General requests or gives an order to a soldier. As this is Army, the chain of command & issuing of orders is very much a thing & if a serious and/or gameplay related (turn your attention & hunt down wanted ID X etc) request or order is given directly by a General, then it's recommended to follow that as in a way, it's also roleplayish & realistic. Even more so that it's relatively rare that a General or some other high ranking officer orders another soldier to follow or do something as we generally prefer to give you as much freedom in your gameplay activities & choices as possible.

As for this case, while there's no rule against speaking foreign languages in group chats, it's polite as well as respectful towards those who don't speak your native language while they're in your presence (sharing that group chat) to speak in the language they could understand as well, which in our situation would be English. I'd say it's common courtesy. As this was not being followed, the rightful & justified order was given to put an end to it, which the officers (you included) involved should've obeyed but chose not to.

The action taken against the officers involved was legitimate & no action will be taken against General Robin.

I would like to add that MohsenShreif has been banned for 5 days for forwarding this report to me with false information and accusations. After checking chat logs, it became clear that MohsenShreif was told to stop but continued. He told me that he stopped talking arabic after Robin warned him not to.

This seems to me like a clear example of report hunting and the 5 day ban will stay. It's up to Army leadership if they want to take further action.
