Where does the bug appear: (server/forum) at lsa when someone is cuffed he is able to use /dive
When did the bug appear: tonight
Describe the bug: while someone is cuffed he's is able to use /dive
Frequency: (rare/always)
Severity: minor

Hmm, that was fixed but for /flyjail and /flyalca. Looks like we forgot about the /dive one.

It will be fixed sooner or later. Thanks for reporting it.

Topic will be updated once it's fixed.
