Reason (OPTIONAL): I would like to firstly state that I'm really dedicated to this faction, I enjoy playing as a cop and since I knew S.W.A.T. is a thing I really started to work hard so that I could have a chance on joining this team. S.W.A.T. is not only a team where you'd type a few commands then drive to the red checkpoint, S.W.AT. is also a family and we have to respect each other, I am a loyal cop and I worked on my attitude, I can't deny I used to be a dickhead recently(forgive the word) but I did realise I needed to change myself and be more friendly & less toxic. I don't do any bad stuff anymore and I'm trying to stay calm all the time and maintain a good attitude with everyone, not only with S.W.A.T. members. Then I've teamed a lot with the S.W.A.T. members and I did really like the way they play, and I learnt a few tactics from them which'd help me in my S.W.A.T. career if I ever was one. I won't just stop applying and I'd try harder and harder each time to pass the test. My driving & shooting skills & SOC are on point too. I just love the S.W.A.T team and I hope to be a member. To be honest I just dont like your attitude at all, you can get mad so easily when some things dont go the way you want them to go, try to stay calm in every situation without being tilted from silly things. We as swat members have to behave and not lose control in certain situations. Controlling your anger will be the key to your future being a swat member so try your best to improve that.

If you want to prove that you have actually changed fix your attitude with everyone not just swat members and give it time to settle in. I also agree with [Lsrcr]meow. You tend to rage very easily and as a swat member that would be very bad side to have. Because you will be targeted by cophunters, helibladers, civilian ram while you have a suspect dragged not to mention the annoying stealers. I am afraid raging in those moments is not ideal for a SWAT member. Its important to stay calm while plying with your team mates. [/font]

You need to spend more time on the server to learn how to behave with people and to control yourself, you were so impatient when I was testing you and it's really not what we're looking for in swat. Your attitude with the majority of SWAT members is not as friendly as one might assume. You should spend a significant amount of time on the server interacting and communicating with people while maintaining self-control. I'd suggest you to increase your IG activity as you're inactive lately. I think so you'll need additional time so that we can be sure that you're right progressed until then act as future SWAT member, It's a Negative.
