Criminals can't enter BM when LEOs are near because if they could they could violate rule 2.1.7. But the main reason is because it's supposed to be roleplayish. If you try to enter BM when LEO is near, message "We don't want to give location away" appears.

I'm suggesting just to add a rule for this stuff, as example anyone abusing Black market while being chased by leos can be reported for it or getting auto-jailed as veen's explanation.

It's simpler to add anti-enter system than deal with reports.

I say change entrance system only for innocents, leave it as it is for criminals.

Considering the pros and cons yes
Allowing it would be much easier but on the other hand we use our saving to buy bm items and get wanted inside while the cops are already waiting outside we cant get out either we die or we wait with is annoying yes.

What i would like to suggest is add another exit/entrance on another side considering the pros and cons also, the cops will be waiting on another door yes but leaving our car on another side and exiting the other without a car is a way where the cops can easily reach us again. You cant use this entrance if you have wanted level and also maybe dont add it on the railway.

I've been reading through several suggestion topics recently, and I've seen a lot of replies saying either "Positive", "Negative" or "Neutral", just like in SWAT/ARMY applications. While it's appreciated that you guys take part in these discussions, I would like to kindly ask you to avoid making such short posts, because they don't tell us anything. We want to know what you think, what your opinion on the matter is. When replying to a suggestion topic, please raid your mind and try to express the positives and negatives about that suggestion, and what led to your final decision. It's also nice to help contribute to an idea, if someone has a suggestion for something and you believe you have an idea for how it could work, suggest it. When it comes to ideas, quantity is preferred over quality. The reason for that is when several people come up with ideas together, people will inspire each other and in the end the best ideas are the ones that will be chosen anyway. The bad ideas might also be excluded from the start if they are not possible or not worth the time for instance, but there is no shame in suggesting an idea that isn't accepted. All your suggestions are appreciated!
