Hi since i saw your post about the evading annoying/rulebreak i have to post, If we started by annoying you sometimes creating a new accounts to annoying that people who gave you negative that people who not loves you as you deachmatching him always, about the evading you are also ban evader and you are not owner of the account I already gave the proofs to immrotal but he ignored it morever i'll not speak about it,

Importance of suggestion: 10/10
Why should it be accepted: Well, we see almost every day people complain about cafes and how they should be range banned which IMO doesn't make much sense because player base will drop to literally 10. So an easier solution would be disabling the creation of new accounts from cafes, that way there would be no more cousins or brothers wanting to join the server all of sudden after someone gets banned and people learn how to be more careful with what they do.

not really, it has been 2-3 years since the egyptian cafe trend started and those who joined already joined... all new accs are just people ban evading

I truly support anything staff do to remove this plague. I just got done dealing with 5+ cafe users abusing every-fucking-thing they could. Sexual harassment, hit abuse, DM, stalking, insults, and so on with one even admitting they do it solely to annoy people because they find it fun.
