Thank you for applying to Blackouts. Your application has deemed correct, but before the Staff team decides either they accept or deny you, You need to pass the in-game test. It contains an interview to get to know you better and see if your english is understandable, and a set of questions about the Blackouts rules and server rules, If you score less than 4/5 in rules part you application will be automatically denied.
