Graphic card issue

It's not too hard to destroy a component. Did you follow any precautions? How exactly did you install the new GPU?

Anyways, these could be solutions:
* Update the drivers, completely remove them and then install them again.
* Make sure all cables are properly connected.
* What cable are you using? I would advise you into buying a HDMI cable, and a supporting screen. I've had flickering problems before due to a bad cable.
* Set the monitor refresh rate to what it should be.

I can do some further investigation if you can let me know what Graphics Card you have?

I've a "AMD Radeon HD 7770 2GB"

And a "Corsair Builder Series CX 600 Watt ATX/EPS 80 PLUS Bronze Power Supply Unit"

Lol it could also be a totally fucked up powersupply, if you're not getting enough power to your graphics card it will cause that

I just brought a new PSU to go with the graphic card.

No, I didn't say the PSU cables, I said your video cables (VGA, DVI, HDMI, etc..). Make sure those are plugged into your graphics card and not your motherboard, otherwise you will have no video.

Bump, it's not the Dvi cable, VGA cable nor the graphic card I think. Also i used another monitor and still having the same issue. Any ideas?

In my opinion, you should update all the drivers related to graphics and stuff. Check the card after doing this. If the flickering thing still happens, then take your card to a computer shop or at your friends house and check the card there. By checking, I mean if the card works fine there or not. If it does work fine, then your hardware is having problems with the card, but if it doesn't and starts to flicker. Then your card have some problem in it.
