i wont report for this, it happens all the time, ill just keep chasing my criminals and when swat/army will try to or will steal from me ill put hit on them.

O.K. Time for more pictures, he broke the SAME RULE again, Shooting in car who is SWAT Inside with a wanted (/drag)

ADMINS: Read this carefully:

3. http://i.imgur.com/89SToZp.jpg - I told him to stop, and he continued shooting (Timestamp carefully)
4. http://i.imgur.com/ZQcNwMm.jpg - On this photo You can see i dragged a player a bit earlier, timestamp shows when i dragged him on 20:35:36, and on the Previous photo you can see He is shooting and destroying my car in 20:36:24 So it shows that he is breaking rule AGAIN.
It's NOT ALLOWED to shoot Swat's car if there is orange player inside with him because SWAT Dragged a suspect in a vehicle, no matter what( if he steals anyways don't shoot ) but this is a proof he is stealing my suspect SECOND TIME!

Alright,let me sum this up in a few words.
RiseofTheDark,you are not allowed to shoot a swat member who has dragged a wanted player. (while in police skin)
Also placing a hit for 'stealing' is not a valid reason.

I wanted to let you go with a verbal warning but you leave me no other choice,you'll receive a warning for the random hit and i'll explain to you once ingame why shooting a SWAT while he has someone dragged is wrong.

Sorry to write here, but as far as i can see in the first picture he break the rule that is always in Quiz which is "Can you shoot the vehicle in which swat and wanted suspects are inside it?" - if you say yes than it says you failed the quiz and answer again which means that by shooting a swat vehicle in which a wanted suspect was being carried to jail, he break the rule.
And i apologize for writing here but i just felt like i should write since he break a rule which is asked in Quiz/Rules.

As for you,you know you're not supposed to post on a report if you're not the reported player or the reporter.
