Firstly, you need 250 score to pick up the bank bags. Make sure that after you have the supplies, press "F" on the bank door then wait for it to explode. Do the same for the door downstairs. Pick up the bag using "F", you are done - all you need to do now is return the bag to Claude in East Beach.

Make sure you go to the Conference Centre bank (which is west of PD) instead of the PD bank.

cyclon its not about robbing the bank, i also had this bug.
when you are lagged more than 150-200 50% of the times you enter to the bank you start falling.

walmr2nd i suggest you to try to lag less (close programs that require internet before playing, like utorrent, steam, origin etc.)
and take a paracute before you enter the bank, in case you'll fall maybe a nice admin will help you get out of there :P

Ohh, you mean that the interior and objects don't load fast enough, you can't spawn properly so you fall. I've never had the bug but it's most likely because of lag or a slow internet connection. To fix it, as you said Rise - close applications that use the internet as it will make sure your SAMP connection is better. You can also try using /reconnect if you get the bug, could fix your desync.
