Actually in suggestions the support of the members is not really an aspect, half of the denied suggestions were supported by whole the team.

Privates will also post here to express their opinion, many Privates got warned in their first hours because of the lack of knowledge, they need help at first to learn how to avoid such faults.

Yeah, I really do agree with this. EXACTLY.

I mean, PVTs that are really new to yhe team, should have some application first. In my own experience, Its really frustrating to create mistakes, especially when the surrounding people are so serious, does'nt take th fact that they are in the first freagin hours into consideration, and expecting you to be PERFECT already, and if you create a single and slight mistake which is caused by lack of experience, they freagin condem you already, report you and, Congratulations, PVT, You got an X.

Okay i agree with that suggestion Because he will train the new members of SWAT team how to control Them Selfies and make them have some Experience and make them not get warn and train them how to play like a team and make them have some Skills and learn them to be one hand
