Just because you're not a cop, you do not get the amount of money that the cop skill would get.
Even if every higher rank gets $1000+, it's still a suggestion, it's still accepted, but it's not like the higher ranks would get millions and millions or hundreds of money just because the default paycheck is $20.000 if I recall.

Don't pretend to be smartass over the suggestion just because you're a police comissioner and as the highest rank, you say the police doesn't really need that. A lot of people are commisioners and no one leads the police. If you have the money, fine, don't play the cop. It's not only you with the money in this community. Please, remember that.
