Everyone should be able to tune his vehicle whenever he wants, except to avoid it from being damaged.

Let's change the suggestion:
When you /tune you will be frozen, thus you and you vehicle will be invulnerable to everything. Just disable the freezing!
It is not possible to keep the player unfrozen with the current tune menu. When the menu is shown to any player, they are automatically frozen, this 'freeze' is not scripted but is built in to the menu. The only way to resolve this issue is to have the normal dialog box shown instead of the menu.

Otherwise, disallowing wanted players to use /tune would be a better idea instead.

My bad, sorry.

I guess that disallowing /tune if you are under 300HP is a good idea then. Also you can't /tune for the next 30 seconds?

-1 how else am I going to reinstall nitro after I use it all on the spot without being a mechanic?

Also if you are driving a Low Rider you'd have to go all the way to Los santos to the garage near the swat base just to get nitro if no mechanics are online and you can't /tune

I'm not a big fan of this idea at all honestly. I'd have to give it a -1

I believe Admins can scrip anything in the server, I think it should be like when player is wanted or on a hit contract, he can not use /tune cmd as like /kill cmd. -1 for this suggestion.
