One time rules test for Newbies

I didn't copied it. When i played in other servers i found this test on begining, so I have told it here and Lsrcr needs that now :disappointed3:

If we let them play like the way as Lsrcr will become a true dm server. You are saying not to take any action on them if they violate rules, so then why rules are added.

In the starting window new players ignores the big bold letters saying "This is not a DM server" what makes you think they won't just take the test and than do what they want anyways?

The only thing you are doing here is limiting their excuses.

huge +1 very useful
there are lot of dm-ers
it should be that they have to read first everything carefully, and immediately after they close down the /rules and /pc they get an unexpected quiz which would be all about rules, they fail, they get kicked. Too many kicks because of failing this test results in a ban

-1, there is already admin message "This is not DM server...", also when newbie joins and see ton of rules, he would just quit and find another server.
