Atleast there should be a back door if not the roof door.
This way 1 cop wont just arrest any1 coming out of that door.He will have to look after 2 doors.

For once stop giving advantages to cops it is very hard to rob bank when the cops are waiting to arrest you outside and all of the effort is destroyed . make 2 entrances . it wont give any advantage to robbers but robbery for them can be a little easy +1 from me

there is an open vent in one of the rooms in the bank on the stairs perhaps that can lead to the water and another player can be waiting there with a boat. since you say realistic it takes more than one person to rob the bank and that is a good escape route.
