Other: Yes,he drag me into mountain bike and he try to say sorry to me but i told him i report for this!Check the first proof there is the : " SWAT PRIVATE SAM has grabbed hitman_contract and dragged him into his car" on that time i was pissing in game (/piss) and you can see on proof my piss going from the mountain bike to ground!

He probably did it by a mistake. He carjacked you and he entered the bike. However, he can eject you and can drag you to another car. I would suggest talking in game and clearing things there and not waiting for him to break a rule so you report hunt him.
Anyways, my opinion.

Lol first that's not my mountain and idk who own it second thing is that criminals into 1sit is rule break!Third thing he must be careful while he's swat if he ll not so he must not join yet till he be ready :D even boss car jacked my mountain bike but didn't drag directly he bring his car and he dragged me!That's is if evry thing is by mistake i also will say when i applied with Melisos and hitman account to swat it was by mistake,that's the same thing dude nothing by mistake and even he can drag me into that bike so if they car jack him id go off the vehicule!But he play with wrong person :D!Stop posting and let CreSp decide!

First i brough a nrg-500 from swat base then i saw you wanted and trying to escape from me so i tazed and cuffed u then i found [C]laude with his mountain bike he was wanted and he was shooting at me i tried to car jack him but he was lagging as hell so i couldn't ( in my screen i didnt car jack [C]laude not even on [C]laude screen i asked him if i car jacked him here you are a proof: *** http://imgur.com/a/kBF6d *** , he was lagging he said i guess thats prove he didnt see me car jacking him on his screen) so he did /q so i typed /drag to drag hitman and Boooom i found him on [C]Laude's bike idk how, but i swear i didnt enter any mountain bike i think its because of claude lag or its a bug :/ ik i cant drag in 1sitted veh i'm not stupied -_- if i dragged him in one sitted car how i will drive it and how i'll send him to the red check point i have brain :3 i didnt break this rule in purpose :/ it was just a lag problem i hope you can belive me, and i'll wait for the commander's reply

Hitman_contact got a problem can't log in the web site he told me in facebook to write that on this apply and ask cresp to close it!So he told me before cresp warn sam write place on place on that application so cresp will not impress sam :D!
