I tried to create events before, but members do not join the event until and unless Trix is hosting them.. they want Trix to host the events, Trix has a different GMT and he comes online everyday (or once in two days), he can't be online everytime..

As far as I remember, there are two ranks in game, 1 and 2. The leader has rank 2 and all members except leaders have rank 1. Rank 2 members have access to special cmds.

Suggestions: In order to improve the group activity, there are some things that can be done, starting with the forum, we can give forum rights (High ranked members only) to edit, lock, accept, deny, any post. Another suggestion that it's pretty difficult to make it happen is to move the base to Los Santos (or Just using trix's house in idlewood ), members prefer to spawn in any other group since its spawn is closer to the "action". Making an activity check would be useful to know how many active members we have and after that having a fresh start. Publicity is needed too, so we might create a bank to make some events with prizes, once we've done some events the prizes would be only for members.(since people usually join when trix is on, prizes will help A LOT.) Adding some ranks might help to improve the excitement on members to climb positions when any high ranked is on. (Remember that members usually go in skin when a leader is in it so it would be helpful if they have different gmts and come in skin quite often).
