Thing is that scream is louder than the radio station I know because whenever I was in LSRCR I'd listen to RockRadio1 (AKA station number 18)

Been looking around online and it seems to only happen in SAMP where a random sound (Walking, car engine, chainsaw) gets replaced with a fucked up pedestrian screaming sound.


However I can't post any of the links because all have other SAMP names in them. Just google "Crying baby sound GTA SA"
