If the player is unaware of the rule break then removing the cuffs won't really do it justice, all it will really do is prevent the them from /aring the actual criminals.
Maybe if they get quizzed for cuffing an innocent more then 3 times will help the newer players understand that this isn't how you're supposed to play as cop. It'll pop up just like the dm quiz.

In addition, some civilians are being really hostile towards the cops and they ought to cuff them. Ten seconds are not enough for the cops to escape/civilians to learn their lesson.Wow is there is realy someone can't type ( /search ) is 10 second ? anyway i just want this proplem to be fixed i have been in LSPD all the day doing uncuff for the civilans and telling the newplayers to stop and read /rules and /pc but they kept doing that , so ( Removing their cuffs with a messege like the C_BUG messege tell them about that rulebreak + where to refil cuffs ) would be great and fair i guess .
However I like your second suggestion, cops may not be able to cuff the same player more than 2 times in less than 5 minutes or something. That might work. I don't agree with removing their cuffs though, it might cause some confusion because as Indognito said, some players are unaware of this rulebreak.

Why would you remove their cuffs if you simply do not let them cuff the same player more than 1-2 times in less than 5 minutes? And yeah a message might pop up e.g ''You are not allowed to abuse your cuffs. Please read the rules.''
I am not sure honestly. What if a civilian is constantly being hostile towards a cop? If the cop is not allowed to cuff the suspect more than x amount of times in less than x minutes or if the cop has no cuffs in order to cuff the civiilian, how are they supposed to take care of the hostile player?
Skillzz wrote:Changing this just for cops isn't going to happen, it's a bit stupid.
We already have things in place like "you cannot cuff an innocent player so soon" and "you can't search this player yet, he's been searched too soon" etc.
I don't see why it needs changing, besides you get 3 cuffs as a cop before you have to restock again so that's 120 seconds you'd have to wait if a cop abused you, not that long but you can simply just explain the rules to him.
xGTr wrote:Yes even if he searched him once and he got no drugs why he would cuff him again at the same moment to search again ?Still a pointless change for such a small reason.and as i said i was explaning the rules but they just look to the other side like am not here and go to keep abusing
maybe you are right but if cop cuffed a new player for 120 second i guess if i were that new player i wouldn't play here again like i will take a bad look on the server so i just suugest that for the new players who have been cuffed for this 120 second then they just close the server and never saw them again becuase of this 120 second
