You got graphic card in your computer? if yes then try to remove VGA cable from card point and put in direct one then give a try.

Remove the ram and clean it. Then place it back. Also plug the VGA cable to the graphics card(If it's connected it with mobo)

Aight happens with me there is 2 fixes but first i need you to tell me if there is anything shows when you press on " Ctrl + Alt + Delete " if any screen shown up just quote this comment and tell me and i will tell you what to do next .
