Additional comments: If a player is denied in rules part then he may apply after 5 days and if player is denied for skills or relationship whaatever then he get 7 days hold as it is now! Just update the time hold for rules part, will be much better.

Generals who decide the time and if they want give u 1month they will,and as Robin said work hard to learn the rules because you ll need them and they ll help you to avoid getting warnings if you get accepted in Army.
