Suggestion for orange wanteds - reduced jail time/parole

Why should it be accepted:

I've got the idea of reducing the jail time for criminals who are not most wanted, the orange ones, since their crimes are not that serious, usually robberies, or rapes.

What I had in mind was after they are arrested, they can type in /sparole (self-parole), which would reduce their jail time to 10-20 seconds, and then they are released.

The catch is, when they are released from jail, they will me marked 'yellow' meaning they will have wanted level, but not enough of it for jail, but enough to get wanted after they do any crime, such as rape attempt, etc, just like real life parole, where when you do a crime once they let you out, you go back to jail immediately.

In my opinion this will be useful, since people will have to spend less time in jail, and possibly when they get out, they can either go into pd marker fine themselves, or they can commit another crime, and provide LEOs with more business.

This looks like a win win situation for both criminals and police, since criminals will only spend 10 seconds in jail, and be free to continue their criminal work, and LEOs will be given more suspects to chase and catch since they won't need to wait for criminals to get unjailed.

I'm neutral, I was going to give a +1 but then stopped because I was thinking that yeah I don't like being in jail for long while I only robbed a few stores but that kinda encourages me to use my jailcards. Other thing too I don't really agree with the self parole. Like if you were on parole you'd be doing community service and that's be a bit weird to implement. (I had other points but I forgot them)

Well my idea of 'parole' was that you are released out of the jail with potential yellow-wanted level which can quickly make you orange/red-wanted, in case you try to do something related to crime, hence making more criminals, more money, more score, and more job for LEOs. However I understand your view too, this is just a suggestion, and I'm very open for other people's ideas here to improve my suggestion. So if you have anything in mind go ahead and share.

I was just basing my view of how being paroled IRL.

However if this was added you can almost guess that there will be vamping cops waiting to /fine or some mine /rp to get the criminal more wanted to arrest again. (Irl some cops do shady shit with parolees that sometimes gets the parolee in more trouble) I was mainly stating it'd be useless for me to use self parole since I would either get fined or back to jail due to minor shit. Let's say I get in a car and a wanted jumps on my roof for a second. I'm now orange wanted and getting arrested/ shot at and I simply just wanted to wait out the yellow wanted level to go sell items or chill with people.

So in my eyes it'd just get annoying but that's just me.

The main reason people use jailcards is to get out of Alca, nearly nobody uses them to get out of normal jail.

You are right, from my perspective that was something which was gonna spice things up, giving more wanteds, but you are right, my perspective was more in favor of LEOs, not criminals, which was my mistake, but we will see how others react to this, thank you for your feedback.
