Why should it be accepted: I will explain the details:
The car can be used by all civilians/cops/swat/army,and to make the vehicule armoured you must buy the vehicule from web site for 3dps and then make it armoured for more dps that admins will set the amount of dps/month must be paid.The car will have 8000hp and who is driving it will not get damage if they shoot him,the car will lose hp but the driver will not get damage by the shots if he is inside the car.And the armoured cars cant be fixed in pay n spray/by mechanics or any one.Only the way to use it after it explose is to re-tow it.And the tires cant be pooped only when the car has 4000hp or less.And i see many saying mountain bike is annoying and they follow them 30mins 20mins and dont catch them,well this idea will lower mountain bike users because we use it just to not get arrested because cars/bikes explose so fast.And since army/swat already have these cars it will fair to criminals too to have them.
This idea will make players impressed to use these armoured cars and make them buy more dps,and help server with more donations,I see that this suggestion is fair for all classes and makes the server more funny,thank you for reading.

What about criminals? they dont have any armoured vehicule and we use mountain bike because the tires cant be pooped,not really fair.

Quarter of your life is wasted on chasing me on mountain bike,and also there isnt a criminal faction,and this will not be given to evry one only who have enought dps,and this will make game more funny and impressive,and who said to give grenades and rpg to criminals?
You just wont chase the guys who got armoured vehs why not just spawn and find criminals one behind one and start arresting
