Yes, yes, and yes. You paid 5 DPs, and you should get what you should get. If we calculate that, 5 x 13, that would be 65mil
A nitro costs, lets say 200$. With the money of the DPs, you are able to put the nitro 325k times. So adding it I believe is necessary, along with whatever Army gives you when you get VIP.

The suggestion is 100% Army related, therefor it should be in this section
You're partially right that we can't deal with this, since we need the Developers to actually do this. However, it's our 'duty' to accept/deny the suggestion.

I like the suggestion and I see potential, I'll bring it up the rest of the Army High Command and report back here.

Some players do not like nitro. It’ll make em to use it if we add it. Those players who want to use nitro, they can go to car spray or ask a mech to add it to their vehicles.

^ He has a point, cornering becomes difficult with some vehicles.
