Regarding to the new ASA's

Hey,
I would like to share my opinion regarding some recent promotions on the staff team. Yesterday, [Lsrcr]Sowhat and [Lsrcr]Whiskey were both promoted as an assistant senior administrator. About [Lsrcr]Whiskey, I think he does his job perfectly fine, both as administrator and as army general, but about [Lsrcr]Sowhat, I do think that it was rushed a lot.
[Lsrcr]Sowhat joined this community about 1660 days ago, while [Lsrcr]Whiskey joined Before 2012. To compare it, [Lsrcr]Sowhat joined this community later than me. Now, don't get me wrong, I am not saying that [Lsrcr]Sowhat does not deserve to be a staff member.
[Lsrcr]Sowhat is swat commander, but who else is a swat commander:
[Lsrcr]CXdur (Senior Administrator)
[Lsrcr]Hashish (Administrator)
[Lsrcr]Sowhat (Assistant Senior Administrator)
Lets go to Captain rank:
[Lsrcr]Wajeeh (Administrator/Developer)
Then at Warrant Officers:
[Lsrcr]Luka (Administrator)
[Lsrcr]Shiny (Administrator)
Even if we lower it to sergeant:
[Lsrcr]Armaros (Administrator)
[Lsrcr]Sonnet (Community Moderator)
[Lsrcr]Backup (Trial Moderator)
Corporal:
[Lsrcr]Lolmomlol (Community Moderator)
[Lsrcr]Simple (Trial Moderator)


So if you didn't get it yet, what I am trying to say that the swat memberlist has 8 of its members in the staff team, 4 of which are in the swat staff team (not counting the warrant officers). Why are there so many staff members in this faction? Who is responsible for so many staff members. But enough going around it, lets just jump to the main conclusion. Is it possible that there is some kind of favoritism from [Lsrcr]CXdur to the swat members? And how fair is it?
Now [Lsrcr]Sowhat which got administrator in March, 4 months later, he gets enough trust for assistant senior administrator. It makes me think, aren't there administrators like [Lsrcr]Scenic, [Lsrcr]Envious, [Lsrcr]Mastro, [Lsrcr]Shady, which honestly deserve this position way more than [Lsrcr]Sowhat. Once again, I am not saying that [Lsrcr]Sowhat didn't do his job as an admin, but for my opinion [Lsrcr]Sowhat doesn't have the experience, attitude and professionalism to deal with such responsibilities, unlike the admins which I mentioned above. He simply never gave me the opinion to consider him anything more than the average admin in lsrcr.


Now, lets jump back to [Lsrcr]Whiskey. How come faction leaders are always a staff member. [Lsrcr]Johncarer was commander when he got ASA as well, I don't have much details on this question, but it makes me think.

You're right mate but sowhat deserves it because he is experienced as u said that about sowhat's professionalism so i totally agree with that but it will take some time for sowhat to improve and to be professional to deal with such responsibilities and about that joining date 1660 days so the staff focuses on the attitude and his maturity not his joining date and i am sure that the staff has choosen him because of his gud qualities and abilities so yeah and we have to agree mate with decision of staff mate because i think they also got a reason a good and strong valuable reason and about the joining date so i joined the Ls-rcr before luka but he is an admin so it's not a big deal same things matched here luka wws choosen because of his qualities and abilities. As i spammed him on discord and abused him everything possible i did but he didn't get offended. Same happens to sowhat
