I remember there was a rule regarding this; if you are TEMPORARY banned (no matter how long), your houses are not donatable because the temporary ban keeps you away from joining the game. So no, this wasn't the case according to your reason. And I'd like an Administrator to confirm that this rule is for everyone and not for individuals (unless the rule it's removed now).

Since now they changed the house donating system (in-game only), Johncarer saved his houses from others donating for them (because the ban stops him from joining the game). This is the case only if you're temporary banned. If you're permanently banned, there's obviously no need for anyone to save the houses, they can be donated. So back to your question Eternity; no, you cannot ask the Admin team to save your houses if you leave/go inactive. This is only the case if you're temporary banned (and yeah, this rule is for everyone and not only for Geri just because he "helped" the community - probably a misunderstanding by Geri).
