Why should it be accepted?: I don't know why this rule was changed. It's quite annoying especially in a duel. I wouldn't say much because this is clearly an animation abuse.

Example: You're dueling a cop and he's dying so he will G in a car to avoid being killed.. Now the main issue starts from here: They will try to cuff you while being in an animation. They can cuff us while being in an animation to enter as passenger and we couldn't damage them. I believe we should not be able to enter as passenger if there's no driver in the vehicle in mid of a fight. (As it was before).

Conclusion: They don't take damage if there's no driver in the vehicle.
They can't shoot back either but they try to abuse an animation through this.

I would just say if staff team don't want to implement changes in the new rule then bring back the old rule. As this is annoying af. When your 1 hp left g into the car take injects and come back. Is this you call a good fight? And yes please dont link it with roleplay stuff as it has nothing to relate with this.

I mostly see cops doing this. I don't want this "unfair fight" . And yes we also fucking cant damage them while entering the car but they can cuff. How fair is this.

I also suggested regarding it but it was denied due to the results of the pole as mostly who indulge in this preferred to keep it . I want to see the votes now.

I have seen many players abusing this and I got worried. Talked to Energ and other staff members and they say its allowed, even though it doesn't make much sense. But yeah for sure this rule needs to be added back. Its also very easy to report, just screenshot the wanted guy pressed G in a car while there are cops around (or you are a cop) or vice versa, screenshot the cop when there are criminals around (or you are a criminal).

Most of the time in a duel, cops gets inside the car and just type taze cuffs and then as they get out of the car they use these commands which means they are getting enough time to get ready to fight us. and in return we cant shoot. It should be like either we can shoot passenger with no driver or we should not be allowed to g in car when there is no driver.
