Reason: Hello swat members, we all know how bad we feel when our suspect gets arested by a cop after a long chase, and this makes you get annoyed and leave skin, to stop this, i have got an idea which maybe can be implemented,it's very simple, it's to make suspects cuffed by swat not arrestable by cops,for example a swat cuffs a suspect and a cop comes to arrest him, he would receive a message saying "Suspect owned by S.W.A.T".I think this is really important and should b added,if you have any better idea,be sure to comment it.

- Swat can relog/quits/ leave the game.
- Swat gets killed
Criminals have to wait in these conditions which is not good at all.

Personally I feel like something should be done about this but there is no way we can implement this. There are just way too many loopholes in this. Stealing is just something we will have to face.

There is a new system which makes cops unable to uncuff/arrests suspects engaged and cuffed by S.W.A.T. officers first, but please note, this doesn't mean that S.W.A.T. members can interfere cops gameplay and randomly start cuffing suspects engaged by them first. Community members may feel free to report any member caught doing so.
